Important Information – Please Read Before Registering
Welcome to Vendors in the Vines! Before adding event dates to your cart, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth registration process:
No Acceptance Email Required:
This event operates much like a farmer’s market — no application approval is required. If you sign up, we’ll be expecting you, so there’s no need to wait for a confirmation email.If your business is not a maker, artist, or boutique, please email us first at grapes@riverbendwinery.com to make sure it’s a good fit for this event.
Multi-Date Discount:
Add 4 or more event dates to your cart and use code VV2026 at checkout to receive 20% off your vendor fees.Cancellation Policy:
All vendor fees are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend your selected date, you may transfer to a different available date at no cost. *New This Year To transfer, please email andrea@riverbendwinery.com for a code and then “purchase” the new date on our website using the code. There will be no additional cost, but this allows us to remain organized for future event.Rain Considerations: In rainy conditions, we work to move tents closer to the winery and into covered areas, when possible, to keep shopping easy for guests.
Vendor Perk: Each vendor receives 2 drink tickets to be used on River Bend wine, cocktails, or mocktails.
Network Marketing Companies:
If you are part of a network marketing or direct sales company, please email grapes@riverbendwinery.com before registering. We work to ensure there are no duplicate vendors representing the same company at our events.
Booth Information
May-October Outdoor Event:
Each vendor must bring 10' x 10' tent for their booth space. Stakes and/or sandbags are required to secure it, as the vineyard lawn can get windy.Indoor Spaces:
Limited indoor spaces may be available upon request. Please note that outdoor spaces typically provide better visibility, as most customers gather on the vineyard lawn during the summer months. If you are indoors at one event, it does not guarantee you an indoor spot at the next event.Setup for November:
The November event will be held inside a spacious, heated tent. Each vendor is provided with a 6ft x 2ft table. Many vendors enhance their displays by bringing shelving or vertical stands to showcase more items effectively. We will only be taking 26 vendors for the November 2026 event.
Electricity
A limited number of electrical spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To request electricity, email andrea@riverbendwinery.com
Vendors must supply their own extension cords.
